PER SESSION (1-3 PEOPLE)
The most popular session time.
Great for PT, CHEK/Rehab, Nutrition and Lifestyle, Life Coaching and NLP sessions. Share PT sessions with friends! Currently max of 3 people.

PER SESSION (1-3 PEOPLE)
– Initial assessment session minimum.
– Preferable time for first 3 months of Life Coaching sessions.
– Rebirthing Breathwork sessions.

A corporate course designed to simplify the complexities of health and help your team improve their overall health and performance.

A private 4-8 hour NLP Breakthrough super session working on your biggest mindset challenges – followed by a breath session and ice bath to integrate!

INITIAL SESSIONS
- ALL initial client sessions, whether focused on the mental or the physical, start with a 90min session minimum.
CANCELLATIONS
- Full charge applies to cancellations made within 24 hours.
- Prepaid sessions and package sessions can be rescheduled within the same week at a mutually agreeable time depending on availability.
- Please give plenty of advance notice for sessions or weeks you can’t attend due to holidays.
- 25% payment required for Breakthrough Session cancellation.
- Online group sessions are recorded using Zoom Video for you to rewatch at your own convenience.

Unless you are purchasing a 3, 6 or 12 month PACKAGE or a PROGRAM, we prefer to receive payment monthly in advance by internet banking within the last week of the month.
We also accept cash. No extra discounts for cash.
COACHES SCHEDULE
If you’ve purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month package, any weeks a coach is away will be added to the end of your package.
