NEW COACHES
A big welcome to Michael and Josh!
These boys have been working with me together since Feb 2021. Michael has been a client for 8 months prior to that rehabbing a serious ankle problem that he had.
Both guys have completed degrees in Biomedical Science, have completed CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1 and are mentoring with me weekly.

MY PRICES
For those of you that have been on a cheaper rate of for the last 6 months leading up to the full price change, that will finally come at the end of this month. I’ve decided NOT to raise it as high as I initially thought. So for example when it comes to 60min sessions, they will remain at AUD$180 instead of AUD$200 an hour.
