Brad’s Specialties:

  • CHEK Practitioner (Rehabilitation and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching)
  • Personal Trainer
  • Life Coach
  • NLP Practitioner

Over the course of his career, he has worked with many people with various physical and mental challenges including Asperger’s, ADHD, MS, Hemiplegia, MS, a prosthetic leg and one client with Cerebral Palsy that he worked with weekly for 4 years. He also worked with a group of teenagers with multiple challenges at Northwest Disability School in Sydney, doing weekly Personal Training groups over the span of a year. This group can be seen in the photo on this page.

“I learnt so much about people with special needs and found it a great challenge to create programs for the kids that had a range of mental and physical disabilities. I took the approach of expecting each person to be able to do everything I asked of them, until proven otherwise. Until I knew each person individually, I didn’t know what they were physically and mentally capable of. So there was no point stereotyping them that they couldn’t run, jump, kick, hop and even lift weights. It was great to see how much fun they had with it, and even better to see their posture, coordination and confidence improve so hugely!” – Brad on working at Northwest Disability School

Although Brad has all this experience, he is new to working with clients that are funded by the NDIS and still learning how it all works!

Renata N

Hemiplegia
(paralysis of 1 side of the body)

Words from Renata’s mother

“We were introduced to Brad by a friend, because he had the most experience dealing with issues concerning people with disabilities. I joined the gym where Brad worked mainly because of my daughter, as she has hemiplegia as a result of a sickness, but the benefits we have received since we have had Brad as our coach have been tremendous. My daughter now walks much better than before and her posture has changed considerably. I myself have become more fit and toned and as a bonus we have both also learnt about the importance of eating healthier and choosing our foods more wisely. I would strongly recommend working with Brad to anyone, as he not only understands the human body in its essence, but he is also a great motivator!”

Kiara L

Words from KIara’s mother Selina

“I engaged Brad’s services for my daughter through her NDIS plan and although she has only been working with him for a short time, I have already seen an improvement with her posture, demeanour and overall mental well being. Brad has the ability to engage my daughter who has previously struggled with that and work out what her needs are. He is fun, self aware and tells really bad dad jokes. So it’s a 5 star rating from us!”

Holger H

Prosthetic Leg

“Brad’s ability to recognize an individual’s current status and develop a tailored fitness and lifestyle training regime through a holistic approach are phenomenal and guarantee outstanding wellbeing results, while providing fun-driven exercise sessions.”

“Can’t recommend Brad enough 😊🥰 Going from being told I need back surgery and would probably have to wear a leg splint for?? goodness knows how long and being on some seriously strong pain meds to now, 2 months later…. No pain medications, walking distances, minimal back pain, being able to move my foot 👊🦶 Plus the extra added bonus that he’s genuinely a really nice, funny, caring fella; like actually really cares 😊 Life changing for me!”
