A 4-8 hour private NLP Breakthrough super session working on your biggest mindset challenges!
This type of session is very INTENSIVE and can last many hours in one day, to over 2 days depending on how the session flows. It’s a very effective way to achieve compelling and meaningful changes within yourself, and release the grips on belief systems and emotions holding you back in life.
Within this session, your biggest current challenge will be focused on. Then utilising various Life Coaching questioning sequences and NLP techniques like Time Line Therapy, Parts Integration and Hypnosis, you will release 5 major emotions (Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt and Guilt), negative belief systems, anxieties, phobias etc, followed by using light Hypnosis to help drop in new belief systems to empower the new version of you!
Brad then helps the client integrate these new beliefs by finishing the session with a Wim Hof breath work session and cold water immersion ice bath! An unbelievable way to complete the work!
