Online coaching works!
Brad has been coaching people physically and mentally for many years now using software like Skype, Zoom and Facebook Messenger, and even more so since the world has majorly moved online.
To prepare for an online coaching sessions:
- Download Zoom software and set up an account.
- Contact us to receive the relevant questionnaire you need depending on which service of you’re using.
- Complete the questionnaire, then scan and email it back to us.
- If we’re doing physical sessions, have 4 head-to-toe photos taken of yourself (front, back and both sides) standing on a level surface. Close your eyes, breathe in and out, open your eyes, then have the photo taken. Prepare your area in front of the computer to allow me to clearly see you move.

We run our business from home studios, as well what nature provides around the Sunshine Coast!
