The Original Primal Health
Primal Holistic Health Coaching Services has been born out of a blog that had graced the internet since August 2011 – called Primal Health.
Head Holistic Health Coach Brad and his wife Bex and daughter Kaiya shared how they lived their Primal life for many years until it merged with this website in December 2021.
You’ll see this reflected in the blogs that have mainly been written by Bex and the videos on our You Tube Channel containing a lot of Kaiya!

BRAD RASMUS
My passion for health and helping other people stemmed from a myriad of my own health problems that started during my teenage years.
After fracturing my lumbar spine, being diagnosed with things like chronic fatigue syndrome and thoracic outlet syndrome, tearing cartilage in both knees and having constant digestive issues, I started questioning conventional health teachings. I deduced early on – We don’t catch these diseases, syndromes and disorders. We create them through not listening to our body and making lifestyle choices that negatively influence our immune system from doing its job. My perception on what constitutes a ‘healthy’ immune system is now totally different to what it used to be. My health experiences influenced my choice of life study and profession.
After attaining a degree in Human Movement and Exercise Science and becoming a Personal Trainer, I discovered the teachings of Paul Chek, which have forever changed my perception on how the body works. Using Paul’s teachings and simplifying his approach to a ‘Primal Approach’ I has transformed the health of myself, my family and my clients.
Let me challenge your conventional ideas on health, and you’ll be experiencing life like never before!

I have studied many aspects of human physiology, anatomy and psychology and been involved in a wide range of sports all my life such as running, surfing, and weightlifting. It wasn’t until I acquired my own serious health challenges that I learnt what it truly takes from a physical, mental, and spiritual standpoint to be healthy. Now I want to help others do the same.
